As an EMD I can't see demand being too great but you might get lucky with a bike manufacturer if you contact a few.

I don't think the domain alone is that valuable at the moment. If you put it on DomainLore, it would probably struggle to sell. It's a very niche bike still. Bike shops don't need this domain to sell bikes.

I've tried pushing a few bike affiliate programmes, but I find it hard to make sales.

I'm sure a decent review site would generate some interest, but not necessarily be a money-spinner. If you have a gravel bike, why not make some YouTube videos about it. If you can capture a community, then you can sell advertising. However, I still think it's very niche and profit potential is limited.
