I'm not that Lee, but..

If it brings the price of hotel rooms down then go for it but it won't... there are so many new flats standing empty because they cost too much and the same as the rest, idiots. Property developers still hoping to get more money than they should but most are waiting for the drop.

999 year lease... better than most management properties, I think I only got a 99 year lease on my flat when I bought it. 999 year lease, worth the £200k without even thinking as far as I'm concerned. Especially when it comes to London footage.
