It's extremely difficult to sell adult .uk domains and the hyphen totally kills it.

That godaddy apprasial is way off, I'd say high £xx if you can actually find a buyer.

It's possible to convert any domain into a money maker. Stick a white label cams or movies site on it and see if it does anything.
