Heart Internet renewing cancelled doms

Just a head's up for you who have domains with Heart Internet.

I've just had some domains renewed despite me cancelling them in my account > renew services page.

HI says they have rectified the issue & refunded me so hopefully no further problems ...

However you may wish to check yours to see that the glitch doesn't affect you too.

Yeah they did that to me on some .coms a while back, wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't gone through my invoices as no receipt came through by email...flippin' lucky, wonder how many people haven't noticed?
