Sedo GreatDomains auction for HEIGHT.CO.UK

Ending (Feb/27/14 04:00 PM GMT)

Do Sedo really have to post 101 new auction threads on Acorn? I think we all kind of know that Sedo exists already..

Agreed its good that sedo are getting involved on the forum again but surely it would have been better with one big thread listing all this months great domains ending in .co.uk

Quite ironic that Sedo have their own section but choose this one. Bad call

Hi Guys,

You raise some good points.

Following feedback from UK domainers, we want to engage more with the UK market and forums.

We have pushed to get more premium .co.uk names in the GreatDomains auction and hope the success drives the UK market.

Any plans to integrate uk domains into the MLS now nominet are changing the registrar agreement.

Good to hear. How about starting to post some relevant news / advice in the Sedo forum too?

Stephen

Well

One name out of all those met reserve - everything else unsold.

Would really be good to see some engagement rather than a lame attempt at pushing on a forum where we are already aware of these auctions.

Stephen.

More? How about getting any in it, and stop pushing absolute turds as "premium"...

It's hardly likely premium holders would want to list or sell under "fire sale" conditions. That is why it is rare to see the cream in any extension put to sale this way.

Premium holders deal one-on-one with the right buyers to extract the most from any sale and they are prepared to bide their time for that pay off.
