I've been developing web projects for the last decade or so, and have collected a few good domains over the years but it's great to find a community to learn more on the whole domaining thing.

I don't massively want them indexed by Google, but a few highlights of my unused ones at the moment

I've also got a few web development and transport related .eu domains. What is the consensus on them? How does the valuation compare to say .co.uk, or .info or similar?

Welcome to Acorn, .eu and .info are not that good mate and most of us don't bother with them.
