Help Needed!

Sorry to be a pain but would anybody be able to explain to me why when I click on read more in a post on one of my sites it loads the page half way down rather than at the top. I have tried it in different browsers and I keep getting the same result?

It's happening here personal independence payment

If anyone can explain why this would happen and how I can fix it I will be very grateful.

Your theme or plugin is placing an anchor in the text after the snippet and your links go directly to this anchor.

As to how to change it depends on how the snippets on the homepage are being generated.
