help setting adwords campaign

i have a white label mobile phone comparasion site which i have just started with adwords. what would be costs of help to set up a campaign? any monthly fees? at the moment my spending is £25 a day but my daily cost for clicks is £3-£5 a day at about say 21p to 38p a click on about 59-200 words.
