Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me out.
I was just browsing through Afternic and noticed that someone had listed a domain which I own! Unbelievable.
What do I do?
I have contacted Afternic's support and am watching the domain from my own account. Is there anything else?
Any help very much appreciated.
Thanks.

I suppose the only other thing to check is that you do still own it - you may have let it expire or whatever. A quick WHOIS should put your mind at rest!

If it's a .com, .net or whatever then you might also want to lock it.

Thanks for the quick replies.
nigel - it's possible, but surely still negligent if this is the case.
bb99 - no I definitely own it:) ! I also have it locked.

Problem solved!
Nigel you were correct.
Afternic have just informed me that it was an old listing, and that they have now removed it. I'm still not happy that it was up there at all, but at least they sorted it very quickly.
Anyway, thanks for your help guys. It was re-assuring to know that I wasn't going to get done :D .
