Hi

When I boot up my computer I get the following error message, every time.

Error Loading c:\windows\system32\nbnasrj.dll
The specified module could not be found.

I've tried searching on google for a fix however I'm getting no results, anyone any suggestions what it may be?

thanks

Mally

Does the PC boot into Windows or does this happen at POST?

If it boots into Windows I would get a copy of the dll from another machine or the net, put it in the correct location, register it, reboot and see if the message still appears.

If it doesnt then you could do a repair from the original Windows CD.

Any more info on why the message appears? Software you have installed / deleted / changed - what are the circumstances?

I cant find what software it belongs to. Backup your Windows registry, remove it from the RUN section and see if anything breaks.

If you arent comfortable using regedit and hacking the registry directly, try Crap Cleaner (filehippo.com) or Registry Mechanic tools to do the job for you.

sounds like the remnants of a possible bug/spyware. as admin suggested you can always remove from regedit (start- run- regedit and do a search for the bugger).

thanks for your advice guys, I'll let you know how I get on!

deleted it and had no problems, thanks guys!
