Hi,

I'm a new domainer, less than two weeks. Been reading up for a few months. Found this site today, looks excellent for a UK based domainer like myself. My worst domain has also currently been my best. I bought "aintnocinderella.com", the trending feminist hashtag, as a hand reg on godaddy and almost immediately regretted it, but it sold a day later for mid £xx, which was still a profit!

Looking forward to chatting with you all,

EH

Hi Hal,

it was "aintnocinderella DOT com", and I sold it at GoDaddy. Although, the buyer has paid but hasn't sent me their email or account number yet so I can't process the tranfer, I've emailed 3 times. Any advice? Godaddy livechat are more than useless...

So you regged it and listed on GD auctions immediately?

I would just wait for the time being. Then maybe in a few weeks ask Godaddy what to do if the buyer hasn't provided their account info. Godaddy on the phone are usually very helpful.

Woah, it amazes me that people would buy it, then just forget to go through with it, because surely they have actually 'paid'? Yeah I regged it, it was a trending hashtag, then listed it immediately, it sold a few days after. Only mid xx's but still tripple the reg price. No such luck with my other domains yet but I'm in no rush :)
