Anyone else seeing high latency since the DAC came back yesterday evening? Mine has practically doubled. Do we know exactly what work they carried out?

    Perhaps they added usleep(1000) ?

    Sorry, couldn't resist - I'm in a Friday mood.

Who do I need to bribe to get on the approved list :p

In their system update they say:

Assuming they move their services back to their primary data centre, you'd think timings would be the same as before... :/ Ah well.

Odd continuity plans, whenever I've done BC tests, we've always actually failed over the operational service and run live on the backup systems to prove the people that actually need to use the service can do.
