Selling on behalf of my corporate client.

Site is B2B, popular chemical compound. Site is up since 2005 has full history in the WayBack machine. First page (within first 3-5 results of non-competitor sites) on Google for years. 4.3K UV's in October, 2.8K UV's in November (as of yesterday), 95% traffic is organic.

Selling as site only. No goodwill (customer base) included. No turnover revealed. EMD (product name) domain, ranks well for ALL related keywords (always first page for years).

Client is changing market segment though several sites similar to this will go on sale within next few months. Sorry, can't give more information in open thread but will PM you the site name if needed. Serious buyers only. At the moment this is the only place where the sale is being announced. Site is very specific and does not carry any affiliate or similar value but great marketing potential.

Company doesn't use GA, they have never been interested in GA as the site was top ranking for the last 8 years. Can give AWStats.

Thanks for all PMs and emails. I believe, that I've replied to all. One more time I want to mention - this is pure B2B site and name.

The most common question I had: "What is the average order value for the product?".

Without revealing the product I can say that it starts from mid £xx,xxx per order. Orders are in container loads not in kilos. Hope this helps.
