i guess there's only one thing you could do with this, and it's not set up a fansite obviously. Gets a lot of searches @ Volume: 90,500/mo so more than feasible as a site i would have thought if you can rank. Trouble is, look at first page results for search term and i dont get it.

Way over priced in my opinion. I look at JDV .co.uk for £90 more and know which is the better buy.
You would need hundreds of pages of original unscraped content and then not have the clout the other websites have.
Hard to monetise and not a lot of flip potential.
