Trouble is competitiveness of the market, all the new tlds, g not giving the emd bonus it once did you might be able to make a few quid on it? not the worse I’ve seen in the appraisal section but you’ll not be retiring

Many thanks for your input. I'll likely use it rather than sell it, and I don't particularly need to rank for the term so I might be the ideal owner . I did wonder what people thought the value of the domain alone could be though. The .com must be worth several thousand I'd have thought. With .org though it's very much open to interpretation no doubt.

I am in agreement with your thoughts though. It's an issue we see impacting prices across the board.

I’d imagine the com owner would want silly money they normally do hence they’ve had them years probably regged in many tlds cctld but doubt developed in any it’s a fierce market but thing with gambling is the extension doesn’t matter if you can pick winners? few post on the right forums and enough correct predictions they'll be there? people find you very quickly but leave you just as quick when you can’t pick em no matter what the extension ...

Just commenting on the keyphrase, then yes it has potential, because people will search for horse racing tips online, and there is good revenue potential from gambling sites if you are prepared to promote that (I don't at the moment).

I like it too, but think you will have more fun developing than waiting for a buyer

So with lots of work you could make money from a site, but selling the domain is somewhat more difficult. There is some value in domain but buyer will be hard to find.
