It's a bit of a mouthful, isn't it? I don't see a clear case for how it is going to really help a given business. That said, there are a fair few AdWords advertisers for the term, so there is hope.
Who do you think would buy it? What type of business?
The thing is, a given hospitality company using "hospitalitymanagement.co.uk" is non-distinctive. So, does it really help them when it's probably a low search volume term? The company needs strong branding instead. The domain itself is so long, it's not good for a brand.
Personally, I've always (in these Word scenarios) tried to drill combos down to the shortest possible 'Workable' outcome - I agree with the above post by accelerator, it's to much of a mouthful to be to be Appealing (and plausible) as an 'Operating' business name - to me it's back to the old days of 'generic descriptive' and in .co.uk you are going to struggle
