It's worth something, given 2,400 exact local searches and the potential for affiliate earnings. But it's in a very competitive market.
The allintitle competition is twice the local search volume, which I always personally see as a negative.
Probably only £xx. More if you developed the site and got it ranked of course.

I looked at the .com - A 'Good' page. But, that hasn't been developed
And yes thought, you've got some weight there. I don't work much in the generic field - so others should be far better equiped to comment.

I guess so, I think its got something to it, there is a site on it at the moment, only a small one but I will be either moving my other london site to it or adding more to that site.
