Wanted: Domain Appraisal hotels-in-brighton

I got this one for reg fee not long ago, hotels-in-brighton and it's a co uk, GKT say's 22200 local exacts so pretty decent exacts i thought and for reg fee worth a shot, I'm interested in people's view's on "worth" as it is "domain name only" I know the hyphens let it down somewhat but worth anything ?.

We have one particular double-hyphened domain using our ecommerce platform, and THEY kill it in their niche - top of google and making incredible sales...

I would develop it. If you want something different to late rooms which most seem to use, Expedia recently brought out a new affiliate service that i'm currently using on a hotel site. Sadly i've been too busy to do much with the site, so it's not yet ranking where I want it, but hopefully soon
