If somebody else registers it I wont regret it 
Registering and monetizing it two different things I have plenty other domains to register but I have not that much experience in finding a good generic name which could bring some money. So that's my main purpose of hanging around in here to get this experience from You guys.

Good for you, and I certainly wish you all the very best with getting some great names.
But if you suspect a name may have worth you should register it, yes ?
If you suspect it isn't worth anything, why ask for an appraisal ?
I do take your point though. We're all trying to learn on here. So, good luck.
