A company in the United Kingdom just lost a domain name it paid $175,000 for in a UDRP

What did they expect !

and fourthly and finally that it was always the Respondent’s plan to use that domain name for a “gay fetish” website.

It's as if they sat down over a few beers and tried as hard as they possibly could to lose the domain name!

Often wondered why Halifax never bought that .com all these years. Lucky seller; unlucky buyer!

One would expect the new 'seller' to have acted like someone with more experience in selling domains!
