I guess it could be a price comparison site of some sort - anyone have any other ideas....

Hi there. This name would be great for a tutorials site or some sort of learning site. In terms of domain name value, I would advise reading the forums for a bit and you will gain an understanding of what makes a domain valuable, e.g. generic term, high search traffic, high paying keyword terms etc etc.
