Hi all,

I have a site with a landing page that is on and has been on the first page of google for the time i have owned it with just a landing page, it is a generic name with no - in it...

Just wondering if anyone can give tell me what you think its worth? as i have had two offers and dont want to sell it for to little, as i`ve never done anything like this before...
