Do you think this is all custom coded?

I'd like to do a genre specific business directory listing but putting up just a PHP directory is so boring it wont attract advertisers.

Ideas?

Nice idea people posting requests for promotions.
I suppose it could be used on a full on full directory, people could post requests for a local web design company or cycle shop repair centre.

Think I might see how it could work letting end users request content listings.
The webmaster could look for it or other end user and post their findings.
