Finding this ever increasing problem where you bang out some sort of cms for a client (WP, Joomla, etc) everyone's happy, but they suddenly decide they want to be empowered and do all the updating themselves but the problem is they don't understand the backend, cropping images, widgets etc etc or have enough time to dedicate to learn wtf is going on.
I find younger people (sub 60) seem to be ok and pick up but some just are wasting their lives trying to understand something that has sort of passed them by.
The crux of the problem is can you bill these people for your time in sorting out something they think they can do themselves..
