I am planning on moving my sites from my ISP in the US to one in the UK what are the impact on SEO, because of the IP change?

I've just done 100+ sites about 3 / 4 weeks ago and so far I've not seen anything negative.

No impact whatsoever. The only advice would be – speak to your UK host to help with transfer (many would do it for free), then, when the site is mirrored to the UK, server change the nameservers and keep your US site for at least two days for the change to propagate. In this case you will have no downtime whatsoever.
