not too bad

it is a bit manipulated, i.e. some parking co's take out robots that others don't notice and so will have less clicks for same revenue and hence higher rpm

but it's not a bad clue to how relevant your keyword is and whether your keyword is a goodun.

It is revenue per thousand "unique views" not clicks. As per your example if you get 1000 unique views for your domain your earning will be 307.48 €.

It is also called Round per minute in engines, but that is out off topic
