A .co.uk

2400 uk exacts and average cpc of £5.21

possible value trade and/or end user?

Cheers, Luke

OK Luke - I'll get the ball rolling

The exacts aren't that high for a hyphenated. But it is a high value sector. It's a domain that will appeal to an IFA. We own a couple of similar domains to this and have always thought them worth keeping till an end user comes along. But I doubt if the double hyphenated we own (with an s on the end) is worth more than £500 and think yours would be about the same. Also bear in mind that whilst some IFAs use the term advisor or advisors (the USA way) many others inc the fsa and most professional institutions use the term adviser and advisers (which is the traditional UK way).

NB: To the trade i.e. on acorn quite a lot less

Hi Nigel,

Double hyphenated and US spelling yet still may scrape a few hundred quid from an end-user is fine by me :)

The google autosuggest is for 'independent financial advisor' which probably explains the higher rate of uk exacts for the term with advisor (2400 exacts) compared to adviser (880 exacts).

Thanks for your help and advice.

Cheers, Luke

I would suggest approaching end users to sell the domain alone for £700. I think active marketing is required to sell it.

If that doesn't work, then rank it and then try again but ask for more.
