I literally just threw out some old copies of said magazine yesterday. Presumed this name would have had a ton of links as a result but doesn't appear to be the case.

I hadn't seen that previous post on here! I'll have to start doing a search here as a matter of course. Yes, £32 (inc fee) for a 2007 reg was a good deal. It's funny how some domains get overlooked. I think capitalising the I and P makes a difference.

My BIN does look a bit silly against that, but obviously £20 was the final offer in an overlooked thread. I'm starting high; if anyone wants to make a sensible offer (more than £20!) I'll consider it.

I appreciate the tip re poker affiliate forums. I'll leave it here for a week before I try offering it elsewhere.

Yes, there have been a magazine (possibly two) and apparently a TV series using the same name. It looks like the UK Inside Poker magazine used ~mag.co.uk before they changed their name.

Really it's just a nice name, for a sector that can make enough to warrant a decent price.

Not sure I can be faffed chasing end users in poker affliliate sites as I don't have much else in that niche.

So, BIN dropping again to £xxx.

After flirting with Sedo, I took this to Domainlore here. Right now there's just one bid at £50, which is less than I first asked, but more than £20! Auction closes at 3:30pm today.
