People are joining AD (newbs) with little or no knowledge of domains. Within months they are actively seeking out domain owners and buying what they think are good names (paying high £££ & ££££+ in many cases)

Now they trying to flog those names back on AD..

They are prepared to take a risk perhaps most of us would not..

I suppose this is just called 'business' and I should be celebrating their entrepreneurial spirit.

But the thing is this was not happening 5 years ago, or even two years ago but mostly in the last year - newbs taking punts with cash and sometimes pulling it off?

its just everything..

Where as 'domaining' was a sort of covert operation up until the last few years, its like how middle class people with no property development knowledge or skills decided to become buy-2-let portfolio investers overnight - some do ok others will flop...

this is not critisim just an observation, and me rambling..

This will always happen.

We now have domineers buying Art and using their domain catching software to make money in a different field and on a subject most no nothing about.

were there is easy money to be made people will migrate....
