Not sure but an idea mo, why dont you use PRSS to search for "joanne" as registrant, then send them an email. of course when you have a better idea of value..

I'd say end user upto £2-3k, going off domainprices.co.uk looks closer to £1-2, but I'd hold out for 2k+ on end user Reseller or quick sale £500+

I have seen and heard of some nuts prices on similar names, 6-12 months ago I'd have doubled or more that ballpark, that but recent times (imo) have seen prices on first names go down and surnames up.

So like I said I base my prices on what else I've seen go (and slightly on what I've heard, and offers I've had), rather than 'o0o its X most popular name so its worth 5 trillion' or do an STJ and say lets start at 5 figures, prices at the moment seem random.

I personally would hold out for an end users on christian names, nicknames and surnames, as someone will eventually come for them.

I know of one for sale for oiro £1750 although not by a domainer.

Alot of foreign names that did jack a year ago are now selling well, so many foreigns I had passed over have now been regged, and some (I didnt pass but have seen) have sold for reasonable money.
