I can't see any advantage reggying anything dodgy anymore, parking has hit the skids and therefore (for me) there is no benefit from crossing that line.
It wouldn't surprise me if they had spent thousands on a DRS then drop them due to poor management. But hey, it's only our tax payer's cash! :?
