I have a friend that has a Joomla site. (and uses google analytics.)
They advertise on hotcourses and they get traffic but it is impossible to see what actually converts unless they purchase on the same visit.

Is there a way to place a cookie for say, 60 days so if they come back to the site and purchase, they can tell the original visit came from the hotcouses site?

What i'm saying is, is there anyway to track what actually converts.

I have suggested giving a discount only on hotcourses with an exclusive discount code but is there any other way?
