We're building some comparison tables and we want to make them sortable by each column heading - e.g. name (alphabetically), price (low-high, high-low), rating etc.

I have an old script that I've used for years but it requires actual HTML tables, and that won't cut it any more - we have to build the table in CSS so we can make it responsive.

I hope this is fairly straightforward - happy to pay market rates if you can demonstrate you know what you're doing.
 
Thanks both. I don't think my old script will work the CSS we're using but we'll look at other libraries
