Wanted: Domain Appraisal keith lemon

Im looking to sell this domain and site to raise some capital for other projects as I have been too busy to update since last year. The site is still pulling in lots of traffic especially on the nights when keith lemon has been on T.V. I would like to know what people think it might be worth.

It will have value based on the fact it has PR and traffic. The traffic levels and how well it's converting would be critical to the valuation, probably best to look through past site sale data if you can get it from Sedo or Sitepoint.
