Thanks for letting me know, i've just emailed Denys about this so i'll let you know when he replies.

UPDATE:

I've just been advised by Denys that it could have been because your bid was maybe below the reserve price? If this was the case, all bids on "hidden gems" domains that are below the reserve price are rejected automatically, which I must admit is news to me
