Whats the support like over the weekend?

I bought a small hosting package about 4 hours ago and I want it set up today and not Monday

I thought it was all automatic? can't remember now! What package did you go for a windows or cpanel?

If not either and/or leave a message on their answer phone or pop an email as I'm sure it will find it's way to one of their mobile emails!

I went with Cpanel, just for 1 site to see what the speed is like.

6.5 hours later and im still pending.

Not a very good start tbh. I will open a ticket with them now.

Ok, im a tool.


Ticket was opened no more than 5 mins and I was called and im sure that Simon is reading this

I had make a typo with my domain and thats why the package was not set up automatically.

Now all done and ready to go.

LOL did seem strange as the guy's their are real geeks and rarely are off the net making sure things are ticking nicely.

firestars - you can (if you've not got it sorted) get your user/pass from your client login area as I went through same thing

It was all sorted 3 or 4 minutes after I opened my ticket. Really quite impressed.
