What's your highest offer to date?

What income is this making via Amazon and Adsense (if any) - how many sales, etc and over what periods (monthly data please if poss)?

What unique visitor rate is there? I'd like to see last 12+ months plus if poss.

Where is the traffic coming from? Are you using PPC or is this from links/organic?

Is there any unique/original content on the site or is it just a product listing, with identical descriptions copied from Amazon or are these rewritten?
