Cheers Ben. It was listed here a few months ago:
http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/threads/latin-co-uk.138259/ and also had a BIN on Sedo of £595 so I do believe it was priced realistically.
Too high a BIN and it wont be reached and could go for much less if not enough interest.

Just my opinion whether right or wrong.
