Lead gen sites

Having just seen a coupe of nice sites for sale that seem to work on the lead gen model. I just wondered if there was a decent market place for leads anywhere ? I guess im asking , if I wanted to set up a lead gen site for say property, or student leads for example, whats the best way to sell them ? Are there any decent lead gen partners worth looking at ?

The lead generation space is full of rogue elements, so you have to be careful.

However, there are quite a few lead generation and affiliate networks that effectively buy and sell leads. Here's a couple of searches in Google that might be useful: sell leads uk and lead generation network uk.

The alternative is to find buyers of the leads yourself. You mention property and I often see ads in newspapers from companies wishing to buy properties directly from people and willing to pay cash within XX days, so you could try approaching such advertisers, or estate agents, if you've got property leads.
