Legal advice needed...

I know what I want to say, but need the 'legalese' to make it professional/convincing.

It's regarding domains, specifcally the beast of registrars whom I've been pursuing recently, and should be pretty easy to explain - if anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated!

unfortunately 1and1 don't use any laws....

So it's probably nominet you need to deal with then as 1and1 are a law unto themselves, and bad publicity does not seem to affect their business, they have plenty of it.

has anyone tried to put a petition together against 1and1 ,i have many battles with these jokers,i sent them an email recently about duplicating an invoice and one person sent me an email confirming the domain had been duplicated and another informing me it needed renewing....do they use indian call centres because they are ill informed and there knowledge base is lacking?
