Wanted: Domain Appraisal legal-aid.org.uk

Hand regged today. Did someone let it drop recently or has it survived the years with never being regged?

Anyhow, "legal aid" gets 15,000 uk exacts pcm, average £1.35 cpc

I quite like the .org.uk because it gives it a gov/public service appearance - the hyphen makes it more readable for those in need

(The unhypenated .org.uk was regged back in 1999 and takes you to a US patent attorney!)

Any views on its value?

Having now looked at DomainPrices.co.uk, I'm not that optimistic...

I'd say that a dashed domain on an org.uk that's not product related is going to struggle at resale - there are literally thousands of dashed orgs out there with good search volumes that are unregged.

This is a classic, "needs development to have value" domain from my perspective. Build a site, get ranked and get traffic and sure, if you make money you could sell it. Other than that, thumbs down from me I'm afraid.
