GDG why don't you launch a site for Letting companies to list their properties?
If it gets ranked well enough you'll have no problems selling the site further down the line for probably a lot more than £75 + VAT

It's all time to be honest and have 100's that i could do stuff with. I am slowly making sites in to mini sites but need to draw up a plan i think and some cash and domains sold now.

I did own leting.co.uk which i did put a basic admin on it but looks like the buyer didn't bother with it.

You buy it then £50 + VAT and it's yours
