Nominet #limits - should it be 432,000 on both ports

Maybe Ive got this wrong, is the #limits cmd for telling you your daily quota?

Because #limits on both 2043 and 3043 tells me 432,000

Surely 2043 should be my...

Daily access limit
EQUALS
5 x number of domain names on tag
PLUS
200 x your highest monthly
new registration figure
from the past 12 months
 
I queried it with Nom and "the develpment team are looking into it", thought it was just me.

Don't know if we actually have 432k or just reported as that though.
