With 2400 local exacts per month, it may be a good domain to build a database driven website where webmasters can enter details of links they have available or links wanted. You could catageorise it by website niche.

Id say the domain by itself may be work anything from high £xxx to low-mid £x,xxx. It all depends who's interested in the domain and how much they are willing to pay though. Good luck.
