little help needed

Hi Chaps,

OK, i have 6k letters to send out, printed and already in the envelopes, problem is there is no address on the envelopes as of yet as i don't fancy doing 6k by hand. Can i load the 6k addresses into a label printer? if so which make and model?.

Get an Epson dot matrix, tractor feed printer and Avery labels. Cheap as chips.

When you printed the letters you should have had the delivery address on them yes?

All you had to do is then use windowed envelopes. Done it a million times saves a lot of work

I'd have gone windows, however there is no going back now.

Get some laser labels:

Then create the label outline in Word and mail merge your addresses into it. (I can help but i'd have to charge an hour or so work as i'm busy)

Print and then get a large brew and repetitive strain injury.

you can use mail merge on word but will still have to enter the addresses.

p.s. I hope your not going to spam us to sell our domains!

quick mailmege in word / excel etc then push then out on avery a4 labels etc.

do the stamps straight through the net as well

. Thanks for the help guys, i have gone with a mail merge and printed it on the envelope.

Agreed, however i am a spare of the moment chap, i registered the business bought the stamps did the letters then was stuck at this point.
