Hi Chaps,

OK, i have 6k letters to send out, printed and already in the envelopes, problem is there is no address on the envelopes as of yet as i don't fancy doing 6k by hand. Can i load the 6k addresses into a label printer? if so which make and model?.

i would ask nominet, they are good at sending hundreds of letters out :)

Get an Epson dot matrix, tractor feed printer and Avery labels. Cheap as chips.

When you printed the letters you should have had the delivery address on them yes?

All you had to do is then use windowed envelopes. Done it a million times saves a lot of work ;)

you can use mail merge on word but will still have to enter the addresses.

p.s. I hope your not going to spam us to sell our domains!

quick mailmege in word / excel etc then push then out on avery a4 labels etc.

do the stamps straight through the net as well
