It's basically a content management system, Something like joomla is free of charge ad quick to set up.

It's got the forms that you require and doesn't need a lot of skills to put together.

If you have been working in html pages it's weird to get your head round to start with, but stick with it and it's well worth it.

I imagine the cost of a form might be around £40-£50, joomla is free.

It's not a complete help I know but Joomla has a very good help site, or others use wordpress but I don't use that as joomla works for me.
