I see little value in this, looking at the google keywords figures:

[loan banks] 110 Exacts

when compared with the infinitely more valuable,

[bank loans] 12,100 Exacts

I guess two phrases maybe being shortened are:

'commercial loan banks'
'home loan banks'

All banks do loans, so I don't think it works as a phrase, park it and see if it makes any money, with a higher cpc even a low number of clicks makes it worthwhile...
