It seems to me they are optimising for some terms that, frankly, would be quite easy to force up the serps. If you look at their rotating box on the frontpage you'll see what "their customers are ranking for".. such as:

Boiler Repair Services Hayes, or

Wollaston Driving Test, or

East London Grp Roofing

These are fairly easy terms to rank for. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with their service, but if they are charging based on obscure or long tailed phrases, then everyone would be charged. I wonder how they'd do with something like "lawn mowers" or "denim jackets", rather than "lawn mower with built-in kettle".
