Logo designer recommendations?

I need a couple of logos designed, anyone got any recommendations?

Have you considered crowdsourcing?

I used crowdspring.com to get the logo for Kendal Cottages. From memory, it cost around $300.

I can highly recommend www.custom-logo-design.org.uk

They did a logo for a site I'm launching soon, and were generally fantastic
Their basic package (which I went with) was under £20, but for that you will need to have some idea as to what you are after. Otherwise, even their most expensive package with 6 concepts is still under £80, so still cheap in comparison to other options.

We've chosen the ones that we like the best so far and I'll report back with feedback once one or two logos are complete.

Yes, that was the other one I looked at, Nick... the quality does seem very good.

I have to chime in here, although not the cheapest this work is always excellent.

I use him for poker logo's all much more all the time, he works shockingly fast.

I forgot to update this thread. Here's one of the ones I had done, really pleased with the end result.

Within 24hrs the designer had produced 6 completely original and unique designs as a starting point, then happily made several revisions until it was just how I wanted.

Oh and all for $18.

A great guy and will happily recommend and give contact details to anyone interested. (And thanks to Jamie here on AD for recommending him to me.)
