I'm moving to London in just over a month and really want to develop a site (or multiple sites) as an excuse for exploring the site and because I'm convinced there's great potential for building a strong profitable community doing this if done right.
In general .co.uk or .com preferred (having both is even better), but might consider other TLDs if particularly good.
Basically I'm looking for domains that meet one of the criteria below:
option 1: a general london domain suitable for a guide to the site. something along the lines of londonsite/londonweb/londonforum/londonguide etc
option 2: exact match domain for areas of london. something like fulham.co.uk/se5.co.uk/eastend.co.uk. But please not something that isn't an area. ClaphamNorth.co.uk isn't a good option as it's just the name of a tube stop, the area is Clapham not Clapham North. The name needs to lend itself to community development, so postcodes where they match an exact area like se5 (camberwell) works, while some other post codes wouldn't work as they aren't really associated with a particular area. Feel free to PM me if your unsure.
Budget depends on the option and how long your willing to wait for me to complete the sale. Can't go above four figures, and if it's option 2 then I'd much prefer three figures. I'll probably wait a while before responding just to see what domains are offered as I'd rather do one site right than buy ten domains and not get any of them into winners.
